Marcin Held and Rafal Skibinski get ready for their next pro MMA fights. Marcin Held will face Dave Jansen in the Bellator lightweight division final on March 21st and Rafal will fight Jon Kennedy in the XFO main event on March 29th, 2013. Both fighters met few months ago in Chicago. They were able to train together and spar in one of the gyms. Below is a short video from their ground training.
